VouchPath is a professional endorsement platform. We take privacy seriously because the whole point of this product is that people share candid observations in a trusted, controlled environment. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
Email address at signup.
Name, job title, company, and relationship context provided by vouchers when they submit a response.
Job descriptions pasted by candidates when creating vouch requests.
Vouch responses submitted by vouchers, including all structured answers and summary quotes.
Profile view activity, used to help candidates understand how their profile is being seen.
To operate the platform and deliver vouch request emails to vouchers.
To extract competencies from job descriptions using AI on behalf of the candidate.
To display published vouch responses on candidate profiles when the candidate has chosen to publish them.
To send transactional notification emails, such as letting a candidate know when a vouch response has come in.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Vouchers submit responses without creating an account. Their responses are stored securely and are only visible to the candidate who requested them, until the candidate chooses to publish.
VouchPath does not share voucher responses with employers or any third party.
Vouchers who wish to have their response removed may contact us at vouchpath@gmail.com.
Candidates decide what gets published to their public profile. Unpublished responses are never visible to anyone other than the candidate.
Candidates can request deletion of their account and all associated data by contacting vouchpath@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use of VouchPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will note the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
